Our strategy was to embellish the base design with carefully configured additions to create a new internal ‘street’ which would provide a very clear circulation arrangement but more importantly would create a sense of place and would encourage informal employee interaction. Cellular spaces were treated as incidents or ‘buildings’ along the street employing a relatively restrained palette of materials with isolated accents of colour and timber.

We located the cafeteria within the triangular projecting bay overlooking the River Liffey, to exploit the wonderful views for the public heart of the scheme.
